Dukan Diet PLR

Dukan diet plr are articles that you can use on your website or blog that have the dukan diet as their topic.

The Dukan diet is becoming very popular.

It was created by Dr Pierre Dukan. He realised that people who go on a diet need to lose weight within the first seven to ten days if they are to stay on the diet and make a success of it.

The first phase of the diet is the attack phase.

During the attack phase you are to eat just low fat proteins such as lean meat:chicken, tuna.

You can of course drink plenty of water.

After the you have completed this phase weigh yourself and you will be delighted to find you have lost anything from four pounds to may be seven or more depending on how much you weighed in before you started.

The good thing about this is that you will not feel very hungry and yet you still lose weight.

That is one of the great things about the attack phase, you lose weight fast and yet you do not feel too hungry.

That will give you the encouragement to continue with the other phases of the diet:
the cruise phase, the consolidation phase and the stabalistion phase.

This diet has proved very popular in France and it is now becoming popular in The U.S. the U.K. and Dr Dukan has plans to take the diet to China.

It is not surprising, because it has become so successful.
